Workshops

The workshops are group sessions (from 3 to 6 participants) and of short duration in which a predefined topic is discussed. They are aimed at anyone who is interested in getting to know themselves and/or improving their wellness, either through learning specific techniques or through specific training on topics such as anxiety, depression , etc.

This workshop will discuss the role of breathing in the onset and management of anxiety and will explain the techniques of controlled breathing and deep breathing. Once the workshop has been completed, the person will be able to consult by email to monitor the use of the techniques.
