Aurora Sesé, psychotherapist

about me

I strongly believe in choosing the path that most helps us meet our values… in fact, one of my values is being able to help people, and that’s what pushed me towards studying psychology.

After finishing my specialization studies, and after a few years of clinical practice, I wanted to experience work in the area of international development, which gave me the opportunity to live in Latin America and understand and experience the world and people from a new perspective. This path naturally led me to the field of European research projects, spending a period of my life in England, seeing the world again from another angle.

Finally, I return HOME, both to my country and to my beloved profession: PSYCHOTHERAPY.

Clara Cordero, psychotherapist

about me

My name is Clara and, since I was little, I have been interested in art, philosophy and human relations. I began my training in the world of theatre and cinema, specialising as an artistic director. At the same time, I began to explore psychotherapy, initially from a humanistic perspective and in groups. Over time, I delved deeper into existential psychology and neurolinguistic programming, and finally decided to specialise in clinical psychology to formalise my passion.

My work experience has led me to work with various groups at risk of social exclusion, from the adult population in situations of deprivation of liberty to children and young people at risk due to abuse, armed conflict or acute mental illness. This experience has led me to adopt the biopsychosocial model in intervention.

As a professional, I am guided by the desire to contribute to making society a safer place where each person can express themselves from their vulnerability, providing them with the necessary tools to protect themselves from social risks. I believe that therapy in this aspect offers an opportunity to establish an intimate connection with oneself and to address pending issues that limit daily life. I cannot conceive of a human being without a relationship with others, which is why I consider it essential to work on interpersonal bonds. Despite valuing the protocols for their agility and effectiveness, I understand that each problem is individual and complex, and each person is unique and unrepeatable, which is why they deserve personalized treatment.

Judith Moya, psychotherapist

about me

I am Judith Moya, a General Health Psychologist, and I have always felt a great vocation for helping people. I studied the Degree in Psychology and the Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology, complementing it with various training courses that have allowed me to adopt an integrative approach in my professional practice.

Integrative psychotherapy combines techniques from various schools, such as psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy and gestalt therapy, among others. My goal is to adapt interventions to the needs and characteristics of each person, considering both their symptoms and their emotional and personal context, selecting the tools that I consider most effective in each case. This flexible approach recognizes that there is no single technique that is valid for everyone and seeks to maximize benefits through personalized intervention.

My professional experience covers both work with children and adolescents and with adults, addressing issues such as emotional management, stress, anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationships. My commitment is to offer a safe and trustworthy space where people can explore their difficulties and find the tools necessary for their well-being.

Marcel André Caignard, psychotherapist

about me

My name is Marcel André and I am a General Health Psychologist. From the beginning of my university and professional career I have felt a great interest in family and couple therapy. I believe that relational dynamics influence values, affections, attitudes and our way of acting both individually and in community.

However, during my professional experience I have had the opportunity to work in childhood, with teenagers, adults and elderly people. Therefore I can say that I have a broad vision on the different stages of human and personal development, being able to address the demand and work specifically on emotional management, self-esteem, conflict resolution, thoughts, among others.

From a cognitive-behavioral perspective, I work on the present symptomatology that often interferes with our daily functioning. And, from a humanistic approach, I work on the person’s experiences, motivation to change, self-acceptance and self-realization. The purpose is to find and improve the personal well-being we need.

Claudia Rouco, psychotherapist

about me

My name is Claudia and my decision to become a psychologist stems from a deep desire to understand and support people in the various life processes they go through. My experience in hospitals has led me to work with both adults and children and adolescents. This experience has allowed me to understand many of the behaviors and processes that people go through at different stages of life, becoming aware of the importance of each person’s personal story. In addition to psychology, I am passionate about team sports, which has allowed me to understand how discipline, strategy and teamwork are essential. In this sense, in the therapeutic process, the goal is the same: to move forward, improve and find balance. My therapeutic approach is mainly cognitive-behavioral, although I use an integrative orientation to address in a personalized way problems such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-concept, emotional management, attachment and interpersonal relationships, among others. To carry out this objective, I want to offer a safe and judgment-free space, where support, listening and accompaniment from empathy and individual and personalized treatment are present.
