Evaluation and guidance
The assessment and guidance service aims to help the person understand their discomfort as well as its causes and possible solutions.
It consists of two evaluation sessions and a final session of problem analysis and guidance on what the next steps would be to deal with it.
Methodology
Evaluation
Two initial assessment sessions through interview and questionnaires. Duration of each session: 1 hour.
Analysis
The psychotherapist designs a Functional Analysis that explains the problem and its main causes.
Return of analysis and guidance
A final session where the Functional Analysis is explained and guidance is given. Session duration: 1 hour.
